These terms apply to every TQS Services digital product and online-training course purchased from this website or directly from TQS Services.
Individual license and account use
Course access and downloadable materials are licensed to the registered participant. Content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without the express written consent of TQS Services, LLC.
Purchased course access does not expire. The registered participant may return to the course and available certificate through My Account, subject to account-security requirements and these Terms.
Each participant must use their own account. Credential sharing, concurrent use by other people, or other suspicious access may be reviewed and may result in the account being blocked indefinitely.
Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you purchase the incorrect course or digital product, contact TQS Services before starting the course, accessing its lessons, or downloading any materials. TQS Services may correct the purchased access at its discretion. Once course content or digital materials have been accessed, no refund is available.
No refund is available when these terms are violated, including credential sharing, unauthorized access, copying, or redistribution.

Additional participants and certificates
Contact TQS Services before purchasing if more than one employee needs training. Each participant requires an individual registration to receive personal course access and a certificate.
Official TQS Services certificates are issued only for training purchased through this website or directly from TQS Services. TQS Services has no international affiliates.
System compatibility and updates
The customer is responsible for confirming that their device, browser, internet connection, and organization policies permit access to the online-training platform before purchasing.
TQS Services may update these terms when its products, platform, or legal requirements change. The terms presented and accepted at checkout apply to that purchase.
