Effective August 2, 2026. This policy explains how TQS Services, LLC handles personal information on its online-training website.
Information we collect
When you create an account, place an order, contact us, or take a course, we may collect your name, email address, billing and order information, account details, training progress, assessment results, certificate records, and support messages. The website and its security services may also record IP address, browser or device information, login activity, and other technical events used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to process purchases, create and secure accounts, provide course access, save progress, issue certificates, answer support requests, prevent credential sharing and fraud, maintain business and tax records, and improve the training service.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by WooPayments and its payment-service providers. Payment and billing information required to process or support a transaction is sent to those providers. TQS Services does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Live chat is provided by tawk.to. When the chat widget loads or you use it, tawk.to may process the information you submit, support-message history, IP address, browser or device information, referring page, approximate location, and cookies or similar technical data. TQS Services uses the service to answer questions and maintain support records. At launch, chats are answered by TQS personnel; tawk.to AI Assist is not enabled. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, sensitive health information, or other unnecessary confidential information through chat. We may share information with service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the website, payment processing, customer email, and the learning-management system. We do not sell or rent customer personal information.
Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar storage needed for the shopping cart, checkout, account login, security, preferences, course progress, and live-support availability and history. The training site does not use advertising cookies at launch. If optional analytics or marketing technology is added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before it is enabled.
Retention and your choices
We retain account, order, training, certificate, and security records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, document completion, meet accounting or legal obligations, and investigate misuse. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records TQS Services must retain.
