Have employees write down their ideas on a piece of paper and submit them to their supervisor. Supervisor and employee implement the suggestion. No more paperwork. Recognize the employee’s suggestion and improvement in an employee newsletter.

Have a monthly pizza party with all those that recommended improvement suggestions.

Provide a small token to this team for recognition.
