Tri-State Quality Systems is established
Lisa Zottola co-founded the practice after more than ten years in management and administrative roles across the pharmaceutical, computer-services, and airline industries.
- Over the decades
The work expands with client needs
TQS developed a broad practice in quality systems, industrial health and safety, environmental management systems, continuous improvement, technical writing, implementation support, and auditor training.
- Today
Experience becomes accessible online
The online-training platform carries that practical approach forward, helping working professionals learn standards requirements, internal-audit methods, and the reasoning behind an effective management system.
